Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Jlhairloft has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make it please kindly notify Jlhairloft 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for any rescheduling/cancellation. Due to Weekends being high demand appointment cancellation at any time will be charged full 100% starting price for weekends only. No shows are not tolerated. If you No show you will be charged full service starting price & no longer be able to book with Jlhairloft. Their is a 10minutes grace period at the time of your appointment. Please be respectful of my time and others time.
